If you’re having a hard time getting your chords to sound great don’t feel bad. Most everyone has this problem when learning guitar.

I’ll give you some tips to help you fix bad sounding chords… starting off with the basics issues that cause buzzing or dead sounding notes.

More importantly, I’ll give you a system to develop the habits to solve this issue once and for all.

It is useful to learn how to strum the guitar with fingers for times that you don’t have a pick or when you want a different sound. When you’ve completed this Quick Win you’ll have four strumming techniques that you can use without a pick.

Here’s an easy Bossa Nova strum that you can use on either a nylon string guitar or steel string guitar.
