Beginner’s Journey | 1st Adventure

Let’s start off with simple chords. This will help you practice getting your fingers in the right place to make clear sounding notes. Then we’ll practice switching from one chord to another smoothly.  Finally, we’ll apply everything to playing along with the band (Jam Tracks) where you’ll learn to play in time and have fun doing it.

  1. I am SO thrilled to have found you! I truly feel this is something doable for me both skill and time wise. I am so excited to start showing real progress. Thank you!

  2. Thank you so much Tomas! You are amazing and this video format is just the best to learn from online! Will I have the option of upgrading from the Monthly to the Yearly when my Trial is up?

    1. Hi Rogelio,
It’s likely that there’s a Topic not checked off. Check the Play-Alongs (the software calls them Topics) and make sure they are all checked. You’re not the first one to have this problem 🙂 In later lessons, I stopped using Topics because so many students missed checking them off.

  3. Feels great! completing Adventure 1……..Besides learning the simple chords and chord changes, I really feel I’ve begun to build a good solid foundation in forming a practice plan for myself and having the opportunity to check-in with Tomas around this has helped. Really looking forward to my next Adventure………

    1. Hi Graham, I think we’re having a problem with a caching plugin my tech guy installed.I’ve deactivated it. If it still only says you’ve done 16 go ahead and check off the ones you did again. It should be fine now.

    2. Also… the reason that you didn’t complete the course is that you skipped several of the sub-lessons (Play-Alongs… also called Topics in software speak).

I would encourage you to play through them. It’s okay if it’s easy… just once and move on.

      Hope this helps.
