Alright I believe I got it finally it took me longer than I expected…but can change barr chords & open chords & working with a metronome now makes more sense after Tomas explaining an overview of working with metronome… thank you Tomas
Well I spent about a week on this lesson with a metronome & got it to about 80 to 85 % of switching between F/C/G/F/Am/F/Em/F/G/F/C
From memory so I think I’m ready to move to next lesson…..

Again writing out the core progression and following along slowly slowly slowly until I learn the chord progression then I can speed it up a little but not too much and I’m learning it how to switch between F/C/F/C/F/G/F/C and then F/Am/F/Em/F/G/F/C
