Now that you’ve learned several foundational chords, I want to give you a couple prep exercises. These are designed to build hand and finger strength. They’ll also start to give you that instinct, or muscle memory. These will go a long way when we get into the barre chords themselves.

this exercise is really helping see where i have been missing the mark but now its getting better…
