We briefly talked about Wild Thing and Louie Louie in our last lesson. These are both examples of what are called common chord progressions. Common chord progressions make up most popular music across most genres.
Both Wild Thing and Louie Louie use the same common chord progression. Learning these progressions secretly helps to develop your ear training. They also happen to be great ways to practice chords.
