I agree 100% with the guitar part. The singing… I’ll leave that to you and Tomas ๐
Jack
[email protected]MemberYes it’s more complicated.
I set it for the down beat.
ex 4/4 time I set it for 4 beats per measure.
I’m sure others might do it differently.
I think this helps me keep time
because it’s the basic timing of the measure.

Sorry to here about your mom but that is life and you made a wonderful gesture. You
can be proud. Your not alone with your lack of structure experience.
Many of us have experienced the same misfortune
I think you’ll like it here.

I Think you’ll like this site. We have other seniors involved ๐
My opinion is that Tomas knows what he is doing. I know I’ve learned a bunch.

[email protected]MemberI’m Originally from the SF Bay Area. Spent my working career in the Napa Valley. I was a Systems Engineer with IBM and Had a small commercial salmon fishing operation in Bodega Bay.
I’m long retired and live in Hereford AZ. I’m not new to the guitar. I studied classical guitar for three years or so. Not a veryย good experience. Lots of rote learning, very little interpretation,
just working on the works of the masters studying etude after etude. Then I found Tomas you already know what that means. I’m now learning the guitar and loving it.
Oh… I’m still using my classical guitars in my endeavors here.
