No, the course is designed to give you the materials at the correct times when it’s most useful. Previous steps will prepare you for steps coming up.

If you’re anything like me you’re used to doing things your own way. The best guitar instructor I’ve ever had was the one who asked me to suspend my ideas on how it should go and follow his program. I’m sure glad I did.

I ask you to consider following my program and see how it works for you. You can always make more decisions in the future.

This means I’m asking you to forget about downloading all the tabs and chords and trying to practice things out of order. Take the lessons a step at a time and download the materials that are offered (or view them on the screen as a PDF).

I explain what I’m doing a little at a time along the way. I believe if you give it a shot it will make sense as you progress.

No problem with your post about the Beginner course. I really do appreciate it when you let me know something is not working right. I did fix the issue with a Beginner Guitar Intro course. Hi Laurlei, I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulties with Backing Tracks. They are playing fine on my end so I can’t tell what you’re experiencing. Please give me a specific one so I can trouble shoot and tell me a little more about what happens when you try to play it. It would help if you write in the comment field below that lesson so you won’t have to explain in detail which lesson it is.
