I&#8217;m afraid it has become a habit to get maybe 2 fingers working together,  but the remaining fingers are late. Any ideas on how I can break this bad habit and train my fingers to work together  better?</p>

It&#8217;s going slowly, but okay.  Changing to/from the traditional C chord is still a frustrating struggle, but I REALLY like the play-alongs &#8211; they&#8217;re a fun and helpful.</p>

I&#8217;m older (61), but a lifelong learner from Petersburg, Alaska &#8211; a small island community.  I played clarinet, tenor and baritone sax in school, and have always missed playing some kind of musical instrument since then.  The guitar is such a beautiful instrument!  And I&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;m happy to have discovered Tomas&#8217; program, and am working my way slowly through the Beginner&#8217;s Journey.  </p>
<p>I read music (and played sax and clarinet when I was much younger), and my teacher started me off learning&hellip;</p>

I try to do a longer practice every day when I can. </p>
