Monthly Practice Plan – October 2020

I think music theory gets a bad rap. A lot of new (and intermediate) guitar players tend to view it as really complicated and not useful to them. But here’s a secret about functional music theory: it’s as easy as 3rd grade math!

Sure it can get complicated, but day to day music theory is actually really simple to understand. As long as you have the right lessons focusing on the right thing. So this month I want to spend a little time on music theory. The useful kind that you’ll actually use!

And as always we’ll learn new songs and techniques to keep you constantly improving on guitar.

When you’re ready grab your guitar, tune up, and let’s dive in!
