Hi Tomas,
Scales and arpeggios are terrific exercises for a warmup and I especially like it when you give the example of the pattern to carry on up the fret board.
I’m glad you appreciate this Pat. This is the same exercise I have been for years (one of four). It’s good for finger mobility, trains the ear and improves improvisation skills.
Hello Tomas
For the first time on this side. Rather a jump from the 3d adventure to here. It is a great exercise the Major 7th arpeggio, but I surely have to use several days to get it “under the fingers”.
That said there’s no harm in picking out ones you’d like to check out and work on any time. You’ll have access to a new series of sessions every month.
Nice, good exercise Tomas, I really like drills like this that are moveable up and down the neck. Keep them coming!
You can count on it Tim 🙂

Hah… it is quite a jump from the 3rd Adventure Sissel 🙂
There’s a system to these “sessions” that’s not obvious from just looking at them. If you’d like to know more you can look here: https://realguitarsuccess.com/secret-weapon-2-the-guitar-gym/
