New program setup

A couple of days ago I received an email from Tomas offering a “new” program. It looked like the same offer that I joined a short time ago and am just starting. BUT it is not exactly like the one I am using. The format is the same but there are additions and changes. I have tried to match programs, but so far have not succeeded. Am I supposed to start over from the beginning of the new program? Am I supposed to add the new sections to the program I am already following? [The changes look very helpful.] I guess I am asking questions that have obvious answers, but I am not finding answers.

Nothing has changed significantly in the last 6 months. I am getting ready to make some more significant changes, and I’ll keep you updated.
