In the download, in the description of the C#m is put an “x” on the low E. From the partitur and your video I understand that the low E must be played, so no “x” should stand there.
Tomas, since you asked what key the progression is, it is in the key of E. I looked at the key signature and saw it has 4 sharps and as well you wrote that it is a vi-IV-I-V progression which of course gives it away.
