I love your teaching style. But I still want to remember the first two exercises, and I want to write them down. The only way I know how to do that is by using the notes, or am I getting a little too anal about this?

“a little too anal”… I don’t think I’m qualified to answer that Lisa. The phrase “The pot calling the kettle black” comes to mind. 🙂

Writing down exercises can be a help to memorizing, but it’s possible at this stage a better use of time may be to go through the entire first Adventure. Go for 80% on each exercise and then move on to the next. Then, once you’ve completed the entire Adventure, go back through it again. Try to improve on each exercise/song.

This method has work wonders for me for many types of online learning.

The second time around is the time to decide if you want to write some things down. I don’t know how good you are at writing standard notation. If it’s a struggle you may want to consider using tablature.

great advice Tomas thank you
