I believe I am just about a third of the way through the beginners course, although I’ve been playing on and mostly off for about 50 years, and I was wondering if you would take a look at a song that I would love to be able to play. The song is by BRUCE COCKBURN,

And the song is CLOSER TO THE HEART. I would love your feedback and thoughts. This is basically the type of music I would like to play.
On a different , ha ha, I finally found a teacher, you, after searching the internet for months trying to find just 1 teacher that I felt I connected with- You. I have really enjoyed the lessons an looking forward to the next. Peace.

awesome im learning fingerpicking, slowly of course. i totally agree about getting a solid foundation in learning this style of guitar or in anything we learn it is SO key
