Hi Thomas – I’m having trouble finding where I was in a training plan after I log back in. I’m working on the Beginner’s Journey and made it halfway through the first “adventure”. But trying to get back to that same taining path with progress shown is nearly impossible. Where should I navigate to on the site to get back to this?

I agree, this is horribly confusing. I had build a notebook and practice routine around the Beginners Journey and had almost completed it. Now I don’t know how to relate the new program to that at all. And in the new site set up there are buttons and links that don’t function at all or send you to a dead end.

I am not opposed to change, but when this kind of huge changes are made without an adequate, apparent reason, it is not good. How about some explanation!!! People build practice routines and then they are blown up!!

Although the Original Beginner’s Journey can be found on the site if you look hard enough, it is still FAR Superior to DashBoard 2.0!! and it is what us long time subscribers have RELIED ON to progress through our own journeys. I fear you are just going to get rid of it, in which case I’ll quite the site and many old timers will too. At a minimum, pledge to us that Dashboard 1.0 and the Beginner’s Journey original WILL NOT BE done away with, and that you will move it back up to a PROMINENT place on the home page where we can get right to it.

I don’t know who felt all these changes were necessary, but they didn’t take into account the time investment people have in the old Beginners Journey.

The old Beginner’s Journey is the reason I’ve paid for this site for years. Why, because when you look at it you immediately see logical progression through the whole set of levels and the lessons within them. You just don’t see that in the new dashboard.

And now when I try even to access the content in Beginner’s Journey in the Dashboard 2.0 it says I don’t have access to the content. All I know is that the $40/month I’m paying was on my credit card bill this month. This whole thing really sucks Tomas.

THE OLD BEGINNERS JOURNEY HAD 169 individual lesson sessions in it with clear lesson numbering. The new one has 36 lessons in it with no lesson numbering. What the hell?

I guess we just have to stumble around the site now to find all that old missing lesson content? This is a classic example of how to screw up a good thing and alienate long time monthly payers.

Hi again Michael, the email I sent you at [email protected] came back as undeliverable.

Here’s that video I made for you:

    Tomas:

Thank you so much for the video reply. That clarified some things for me. Overall, I think RGS is a great resource. I am ready to dive back in after a hiatus and will give you more feedback as I have it.

    Best Regards
