My level

I’m not brand new but I’m not at the halfway point yet in my opinion I’m at the quarter point. In other words I’m at a level 25 out of 100. I know the basic chords(A,C,D,E,F,G) and the names of where you put the capo(A flat, A, B flat, B and so forth. What I need help with is strumming, changing chords on time, and staying in rhythm. Thanks
