Hi all,

My name is Freddie. I live in Austin TX. I had a classical guitar when I was a kid, but I never had more than a few lessons, so I never really learned how to play. Now as an adult the desire to learn has hit me from time to time, but I always thought I needed at least an hour a day to practice, so I never pursued it. I’ve come to learn that consistency and smart practice is key to most things, so I decided to learn guitar by consistently practicing at least 10 mins a day. Although, I have to say I’ve been spending a lot more time than that lately because it’s so much fun!

I’d like to learn the Spanish style. I bought a Spanish style guitar with a golpeador for percussive tapping. But eventually I’d like to buy a steel string acoustic, and even electric for other styles of music.
