Changing strings on classical guitar

I’m taking the Spanish Guitar for Beginners course. I have a classical guitar. I need to change strings. I’ve only had to do this once before. The last time I was overwhelmed by the number of videos on YT and they all seemed to have a different way of doing it. Can someone suggest the easiest way of doing this. Also, what would be good strings for a classical guitar? I live pretty far from the nearest music store, so would prefer to order on line.
