Helpful Tip: Even if you’re familiar with pulloffs, this exercise will help refine the technique.

There’s not an absolute right or wrong. It depends on where you’re going after you do the pull-off if lifting the 3rd finger will be a problem. I’d recommend gently working to keep the 3rd finger down to develop more control, but don’t stress over it.
I FIND THAT IT IS MUCH TO EASIER TO DO THE MIDDLE FINGER PULL-OFF IF I TEMPORARILY LIFT THE 3RD FINGER. iS THIS ALL RIGHT?
