There’s not an absolute right or wrong. It depends on where you’re going after you do the pull-off if lifting the 3rd finger will be a problem. I’d recommend gently working to keep the 3rd finger down to develop more control, but don’t stress over it.
I FIND THAT IT IS MUCH TO EASIER TO DO THE MIDDLE FINGER PULL-OFF IF I TEMPORARILY LIFT THE 3RD FINGER. iS THIS ALL RIGHT?
