Continuing our journey through the guitar neck, we’re going to add the 3rd string to the mix. You’ll have more notes to work with, which will add color and more fun into your playing.
We’ll also learn our first scale, the G Major scale. Scales are not only useful, they’ll also make everything you’ve learned so far make more sense. It’s a good way to train your ear at the same time.
Don’t worry too much about music theory right now. We’ll dive deeper into that later.
