Tried to do Lesson 20, but the tape only plays 26 seconds and then ends. Anyone else have
this problem? I tried going back to a previous lesson and it was fine.

The Explanation of Tomas takes 26 seconds. You must click on Play-Along in order to get the By Copy Play section. You find that button above the tape with Tomas. Nice that you dare to ask! Good luck!
