Tomas your right very confusing at first, and since i have nevered used a pick before this is helping me learn to use one and learning the down and up stroke. these exercises \ lessons are finally bringing it all together for me and going slow at first is the key to learn it correctly and ten it like goes a little more fast, its amazing, this is really helping my therapy.
