Today’s lesson has ear training, music theory, and fingering technique all in one exercise! I’ll go deeper into the music theory in the video, but I want to talk about the technique real quick.

Notice how I roll my index finger when switching strings on the same fret. The tip of my finger plays the lower string. Then I roll my finger on the higher string so the flat part is fretting. This technique is underappreciated and very valuable to know!
