Part #2: Building on Part #1 with a Few New Twists

Part 2 closely mirrors Part 1, with just a few subtle changes to keep things interesting. Like the first section, it begins with a “pickup”—a note or series of notes that lead into the first measure of a new section. Think of it like starting the melody while you’re still counting in, setting the stage before the main beat kicks in.

One thing to note: the pickup for this section is actually introduced in the Part 1 lesson, so feel free to revisit that if you need a refresher!
