alrighty this one has proven to challenge me again, but i believe i got it after going over it about twenty times or so able to keep up with you Tomas, not perfect but about 85 to 90 percent , i hope thats okay
Ok I got the groove now 80%. Aloes play along your sheet music. Only tough place is 5th line, E to A and B7 quick changes. Will practice and come back for the next play along.
Hi Tomas,
The tab indicates that the upstrum after the 4th beat is played but in the video you appear not to play it but actually go D-D up D up D. Is the last upstrum optional in most songs?
Thanks,
Mike
Hi Michael. That’s a good catch. You can play that strum both ways with or without. In general, most people listening won’t notice but it adds a little variety if you mix it up.
I have beginners skip the last up strum to give them time to change chords. But once you get more experienced it won’t matter.

this is a lot of fun to learn, a little challenging at the beginning, but very fun.

Good work Michael. That’s no small feat.

Got it. Thanks. It’s a struggle, especially going from A – E – A then to B7 but will persevere. Great lessons.
Thanks, Michael. Just a heads up… You get more practice on this in the 6th Adventure as well.
5-27 and 5-28 are switched 🙂
Makes sense… you have to “Learn” before you can “Play” 🙂 I fixed it. Thanks, David.
