Great tip about not bending forward all the time. I had just recovered from a niggle in my back due to a bad sleeping posture one night and then learning guitar while back being bent took it to a whole new level.
Almost one and a half month of pain, along with sleeping like a dead body made me learn a very important lesson. Sit with the straight back. Guitar learning can be taken slowly. 🙂
