Still not smooth or consistently clean but I did find that holding the guitar correctly (i.e. not hunched over with it angled a bit towards me to look at) makes the 3rd finger reach a lot easier!
After play along with you about 6 times, I am getting somewhere now. 80% rule. Happy.
F is a good chord to know. I’ll come back at it later again.
