This is good work, Rogelio. Practicing switching chords slowly and picking up the speed little by little with a metronome is the way to really get good at switching chords. And when you work on two chords, you actually get better at all the chords.
I understand where Valerie is coming from. Although I have nice long fingers, C is a very difficult chord to make ring true.
But I’ve been doing lessons all over the Internet for years and the way Thomas is having us do this truly is the most helpful way I’ve ever done it. Nice and slow. Which I am not I am like Tina Turner singing proud Mary. I don’t do nothing nice and slow! Maybe that’s why it’s taking me so long to learn to play.
Switching between C & G can I use the Cadd9 chord, this is the one I have been using, and I am having difficulty reaching the C chord you are showing and making it sound ok? Thanks, Rose
Lots of Practice on this one . Start at 40 BPM got up to 50 BPM. Working towards
85 BPM.
