Arpeggio Up The G Scale

- DESCRIPTION
An arpeggio is a chord that’s played one note at a time. This exercise plays through all of the chords in the G Major scale using arpeggios. The chords are played in triads instead of the normal chord shapes.
All chords can be reduced down to a triad; the three notes that make up Major and minor chords. The 1st, 3rd, and 5th. Major chords have a natural 3rd, and minor chords have a flat 3rd.
There’s a lot of music theory packed into this single exercise. Don’t worry too much about that for now though. Just file the information away. The main takeaway of this exercise is a great sounding guitar workout!
