What does the B minor scale have to do with the D Major scale?

Believe it or not they’re the exact same notes. We just start on a different root note. These are called relative keys, because they share all of the same notes. I’ll teach you the scale and go over just a little music theory behind relative keys. 

It’s important to know music theory. But it’s also important to not get hung up on it. Take the information and be OK if it doesn’t make perfect sense right now. It all makes more sense over time!
