I have just renewed my membership, however every time i try to access anything it informs me i’m not a member.
Can anybody help me please?

I’ve looked at the subscription page, it says my subscription was created today and also expires today. I have already made a payment today but it says my next payment is the 2nd Dec, which it today!!
Also, it says my subscription is enabled but not active

I’ve got you activated… you can get in now.
Don’t worry about the expiration date (Dec. 5th I think). I’ll get that fixed soon. My first priority was to get you access so you can practice.

I have tried to practice today and i’m getting the same message again, a payment was taken on Thursday but i can’t get access to any of the videos.
Can you please look at this?
