We’re going to do something really fun in this, and upcoming lessons. We’re going to learn “Happy Birthday” in a fingerpicking style. You’ll be playing the melody and the rhythm at the same time. Kind of like piano players.

It sounds more complicated than it is. Your fretting hand won’t actually move that much! This will be a fun and rewarding challenge, and I’ll teach you this note by note. You’ve got this!
