Wednesdays are for improvisation! This is nothing to be intimidated by, with the right instruction and some practice, you will be creating your solos before you know it!
Hi Chris, they are meant to give you exposure to the different kinds of exercises you can use as warm-ups. I’d recommend doing one of them every day for a while.
