Let’s practice the Pop-Rock Strum in the context of a song. This is always the best way to learn and practice any technique.

The chord progression is inspired by a very famous Eagles song that I’m sure you’ll recognize. As a bonus it has a couple really cool chords you might not know yet!

awesome practice

All the hard work put in the previous 5 adventures, is now paying off a bit. A good lesson and super excited for the next ones!

I’m really glad to hear that Shivanshu. There’s a lot more to come, and don’t be afraid to go back and review from time to time.

I love these changes, it went very well.

How does one strengthen the pinky in order to play the 4 finger G and C/G?

Hi Dora,
I have different levels of “Pinky Strengthening Exercises” depending on your level. Here’s the one that gets the most use: https://realguitarsuccess.com/courses/warm-up-exercises-2/lessons/pinkie-hammer-on-power/

That said I included many opportunities to use the pinky in the previous Adventures. Did that help? How was it when you played the exercises that used the pinky on the G chord for example?
