Away In The Manger – Section 2
.
- EXPLANATION
- SLOW
- MEDIUM
- FAST
- DESCRIPTION
You might have noticed that both sections start with a pick-up note. A pick-up note is a note that is played before the first measure starts. In both sections, it’s played on the last beat of the previous measure.
Section 2 has a similar fingerpicking pattern as section 1. In fact, a lot of the time songs will have a consistent fingerpicking pattern throughout. Finding this pattern helps you to think about your picking handless. And that helps the song sound more natural.
