Arpeggios are simply chords that are played one note at a time. You can let the notes ring into each other, or cut the notes so they don’t ring out. In fingerstyle playing you’ll typically let the notes ring into each other.
Notice how the picking pattern stays pretty consistent between chords. And when it does change, it mostly just shifts up or down a string. Finding these patterns will help a lot when learning new songs.
